Albums fait Avec l'amour: Me Against The World

Tupac Shakur is one of the only rappers that get's my attention, and respect. I've gone completely pop, classical, big band, & jazz; but, have not official gone gangster.
Well here's my gangster side.

Throughout, this album Tupac goes through many emotions, that comes off like tall-tales, opening his heart to his most beloved fans. Albeit, just a life of complexities, and struggles that holds a grip on the escapee.

One minute he hates the world
Next, he loves his mama
Next paranoid
Two tracks down he's poetic, and clairvoyant
Five tracks up, he fears death, the next verse he's educating you, ...
Okay, this is a totally Gemini personalty, down to the last word etch on this album.

"Me Against The World " is a album through the eyes of someone seeing all the faults of the world; but going through harsh question as too "why, is it like this?", but understand why it is happening, & knowing things are never going to change, and just learning to accept it.

Another, Gemini with a sensitive side, and poetic point of view..This is not your typical hip-hop album.
"Me Against The World" is very deep & intense. You'll get very close to Tupac through this album. He's speaking directly to you; expressing his fears, and telling you never too loose yourself even when your enemies are against you.

This album is full of inspirational, & powerful quotes.. that would move you profoundly.
"They punish the people that's askin questions
And those that possess, steal from the ones without possessions
The message I stress: to make it stop study your lessons
Don't settle for less - even a genius asks-es questions
Be grateful for blessings
Don't ever change, keep your essence
The power is in the people and politics we address
Always do your best, don't let the pressure make you panic
And when you get stranded
And things don't go the way you planned it
Dreamin of riches, in a position of makin a difference
Politicians and hypocrites, they don't wanna listen" 2pac "Me Against The World
"Me Against The World" holds some of my favorite songs by Tupac such as; "So Many Tears", & " It Ain't Easy", "Me Against The World", and my favorite, and my moms "Can U Get Away".

This isn't your typical hip-hop album, it's insightful, and a description of a life that was troubled, that did not know how to interpret, the "why's", and the "why not".The hidden child, that was name Shakur, uncovered themself in this album.
However, a troubled life brought talent, and strive through trails & tribulations;
Yet, a life that could not seem to get away....from a life that was toxic.

This album is made out of l'amour, because it speaks only the truth, no signs of superficiality, unlike most rap albums. A reflective album, that pierces the soul, and into another heart and mind with no censorship, and no filter; Albeit, only with words of wisdom, and love.
Superb album!
Amour Toujours
